We have the highly exclusive opportunity to present to you a newly made 2015 Audi TTS. Of course, we are pretty much aware of the fact that this brand new vehicle a bit reminiscent of an old TT, but in order to, in a way, defend this divine new car, we’re, simply, forced to stress out that newly made TTS will come along with, somehow, more potent range of the available engine options, utterly modern and a bit futuristic main cabin and general appearance of that will, literary, boost of a sporty dynamism.
Engine ans specs
We have, already, stressed out that the newly made Audi TTS will come along with a slighter more powerful engine options than its sibling TT. It is planned that the both available motor options will be a Quattro turbocharged 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder. The first one is going to be capable to pump up approximate 265 hp and to generate around a 258 lb-ft of torque. While, at the same time, the second available powertrain option is intended to be able to develop the strength of around a 310 horsepower and to deliver up to 273 pound feet of torque. Regarding the available transmission options, on your disposal will either opt for a six-speed manual or six speed dual clutch.
Release date and price
Exact release date presents a top kept secret, the equally applies to the exact price. However, according to the rumors, the price is going to be in a range of $49,595-$52,595.
2015 Audi TTS exterior and interior design
Newly made Audi TTS will be available just in two level trims- TTS Coupe and the 2-seat TTS Roadster. But, regardless of the exact trim level, the 2015 TTS’s interior design is imagined to be, literary, impeccable. Starting from its masterfully designed cockpit- like driver’s position that’s enhanced by the amazing control panel. TTS Coupe has a bit sporty front seats, this particular feature this newly made variant took over from the regular TT, but the main difference between these two models reflects in TTS’s providing an adequate and more than a satisfying lateral support in all corners. However, we must agree that the TTS is considered to be a tiny car, so it is not intended to accommodate very tall people.
Among the bunch of very helpful and utterly amazing features, the following are, by our humble opinion, the most striking ones: 19-inch alloy wheels, adaptive xenon headlamps with LED accents, leather upholstery, a 3-knob climate system coupled with an automatic temperature control, heated power front seats with adjustable lumbar, a tilt-telescopic steering wheel, which comes along matched with shift paddles. The amazing fog lights, interior LED accent lights, an electronically adjustable magnetic-ride suspension, the highly inevitable in these modern days- Bluetooth connectivity and a 255-watt Bose audio system. Despite that all, maybe the biggest disadvantage and far more than a bitter disappointment is the TT’s outdated previous-generation MMI system, which isn’t considered to be particularly user-friendly.
On the other hand, the 2015 Audi TTS possesses the outstanding navigation package, which, among the rest, offers: navigation with real-time traffic, two SD-card slots coupled with an iPod integration, a dash-mounted control knob, special Nappa leather upholstery (which is available either 2-tone or baseball-glove style) and a 6-CD changer.
